1. Introduction

Restaurant Kitty is a mobile game for Android and iOS developed and operated by OMEGA GAME STUDIO, S.A. de C.V. ("Omega Game Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect and process, why we use it, when we disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices and rights available to players. Any processing that requires consent under applicable law is subject to that requirement; using the game does not, by itself, constitute consent to every processing activity described here.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Player Accounts and Authentication

Restaurant Kitty uses Firebase Authentication to create an account with a unique Firebase User ID (UID) when a player first opens the game. Players can begin without providing an email address or password. Account information may include a player name, account creation and activity records, preferences, game progress, virtual currencies, and social information.

2.2 Optional Google Sign-In

Players may optionally link their Restaurant Kitty account to Google Sign-In. Depending on the authentication permissions and configuration, we may receive a Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile picture. We do not receive Google account passwords. Linking supports access to the same game account on other supported devices. An account that has not been linked may be unrecoverable after reinstalling the game, clearing app data, or changing devices. Restaurant Kitty does not currently offer manual switching between multiple game accounts on one installation.

2.3 Device and Technical Information

The game does not request precise GPS location for its gameplay features. Service providers may process IP addresses, device and operating-system information, app versions, technical identifiers, and approximate location derived from network information for service operation, analytics, diagnostics, security, or advertising, as applicable. Where enabled for abuse prevention, we may process a hashed identifier derived from device information to enforce account or device restrictions.

2.4 Gameplay and Cloud Data

Cloud Firestore stores information associated with player accounts, potentially including levels and experience, coins and Diamonds, inventories, restaurant and farm layouts, character customization, recipes, quests, achievements, minigame progress, likes, rankings, friendships, messages, and settings. These records support game functionality, progress synchronization, social interactions, and security.

2.5 Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand game usage and improve performance and gameplay. Depending on configuration and implemented events, information may include app launches, session duration, gameplay progression, completed activities, feature usage, app and device characteristics, analytics identifiers, and approximate location. We do not intentionally send private or global chat message contents to Firebase Analytics. Analytics data is subject to applicable consent and age-related restrictions. We do not use analytics data from players identified as under 18 to create personalized advertising audiences.

2.6 Player Names and Kitty IDs

Each account receives an automatically generated player name and a unique Kitty ID (Friend Code). Players may customize their names during onboarding and, after confirmation, change them no more than once every 30 days. Duplicate display names are permitted; Kitty IDs uniquely distinguish accounts. Authorized administrators may replace names that violate community rules without restarting the player's voluntary name-change waiting period. Player names and Kitty IDs may be visible through profiles, searches, chats, and rankings even when a restaurant is private. Kitty IDs remain unchanged after a progress reset and are not reassigned after account deletion. A Kitty ID is not an authentication credential.

2.7 Age Information

The intended age-screening process asks for a date of birth to determine eligibility and apply age-related protections. We do not intend to permanently store a full date of birth; instead, we intend to retain only the minimum eligibility and age-category information necessary for these purposes. Age information is not public. We do not require a real name, gender, or telephone number to create a game account. Pre-release verification required: age screening and regional age controls.

2.8 Support, Notifications, and Player Content

When players contact support, we may process their email address, account identifiers, inquiry details, relevant receipts, and information voluntarily provided to investigate and respond to the request. We do not use support or Google Sign-In email addresses for promotional newsletters. We may also display in-game announcements, event notices, and game-related promotional banners without using players' email addresses for marketing. Players may communicate through text-based social features; the game does not currently provide direct uploads of personal photographs, videos, or documents.

If push notifications are implemented and enabled, we may process notification tokens, device information, permission status, and relevant game events to send requested game reminders or service announcements. Players can manage device notification permissions. The notification provider and final implementation must be confirmed before launch.

3. Social and Community Features

3.1 Global Chat and Private Messages

Global chat enables player-to-player communication. Messages are intended to be retained for approximately 15–30 days for moderation and safety, even though earlier messages are not shown to players joining a chat session. Private messages are stored to maintain conversation history and display message timestamps. The game does not provide read receipts or an in-game feature to delete individual private messages or entire conversations.

Private messages are not public or end-to-end encrypted. Authorized personnel may access relevant messages when necessary to investigate reports, abuse, or security incidents. When an account is deleted, previously sent messages may remain visible to recipients under the label "Deleted Player," without an accessible link to the deleted profile, subject to applicable deletion rights and lawful retention exceptions.

3.2 Profiles, Restaurant Privacy, and Social Visibility

Restaurants are private by default. Other players, including friends, cannot visit unless the owner enables the Public setting. A public restaurant may reveal its layout, decorations, popularity, likes, and other displayed game information. Public player profile information, including name, Kitty ID, and level, remains visible regardless of restaurant privacy. Online status and last activity are visible only to friends, where this feature is available; removing a friend ends that access.

Players may send and accept friend requests, remove friends, block players, and report inappropriate conduct. Friend requests and friendships are processed using account identifiers and relevant status information. Pending requests remain until accepted or declined, and the sender cannot withdraw them. Requests to the same recipient are limited to one per day. New and accepted requests may generate in-game notifications; declined requests and friend removals do not. Blocking prevents new private messages, friend requests, restaurant visits, and ingredient gifts from the blocked player, but may not remove earlier public content or previously sent gifts.

3.3 Ingredient Gifts

Players may send eligible in-game ingredients to friends. To operate this feature, we process sender and recipient account identifiers, ingredient and quantity, transaction timestamps, and whether a gift is pending, claimed, or expired. Players may send one eligible ingredient gift per friend per day; gifts must be claimed by recipients and expire 15 days after being sent. Recipients may see an in-game gift notification, but senders are not notified when a gift is claimed. Gift status and limited transaction records may be retained to prevent duplicate claims, fraud, and abuse. Gifts sent before a friendship ends, a block, or the sender's account deletion may remain claimable until their original expiration date; a deleted sender is displayed as "Deleted Player." Unclaimed gifts received by a player are forfeited upon account deletion or a progress reset. Claimed and expired gifts are not displayed in a player-facing gift history.

3.4 Reports, Moderation, and Safety

Reports may include the involved account identifiers, reported content, relevant conversation context, timestamps, and moderation findings. Authorized Omega Game Studio personnel may review this information through administrative tools. Depending on the violation, we may issue warnings, restrict communication, suspend accounts or devices, or impose permanent bans. Limited account, moderation, and hashed device-identifier records may be retained where lawful and necessary to enforce restrictions, prevent fraud, and protect other players. Players should avoid sharing sensitive personal information in names or messages. Moderation decisions are made by authorized personnel; the game does not currently provide a standard in-game appeal process, without limiting rights required by applicable law. No moderation system can guarantee immediate detection of all harmful content.

4. How We Use Information

We process information to authenticate players, save game progress, deliver gameplay and social features, fulfill virtual purchases and rewards, respond to support requests, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate technical errors, analyze usage, and comply with legal obligations. Advertising-related processing is described in Section 7. Where law requires consent or another particular legal basis, we will apply the relevant requirements.

5. Firebase and Cloud Services

Restaurant Kitty uses Firebase Authentication for player identity, Cloud Firestore for saved game and social data, and Google Cloud infrastructure for supporting backend and administrative services. Data may be processed on infrastructure operated by Google and its service providers, potentially outside the player's country. See https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy and https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

Players may purchase Diamonds through Google Play or Apple's App Store. The platform processes payments; Omega Game Studio does not directly collect complete payment-card details. We may process product and transaction identifiers, validation results, account identifiers, and virtual currency balances to deliver purchases, investigate problems, and prevent fraud.

Diamonds may also be earned through gameplay and optional rewarded advertisements. The game may offer randomized rewards purchased with Diamonds; applicable reward probabilities will be disclosed as required by platform rules. Purchase and reward transactions may be recorded for account integrity and support. Buying through an Apple ID or Google Play account does not automatically link that identity to a Restaurant Kitty account, and automatic restoration of consumed or lost virtual currency is not guaranteed. Legal consumer and platform purchase rights remain applicable.

A progress reset or account deletion can permanently remove Diamonds, including previously purchased consumable Diamonds, as described in Section 12. Players are warned before confirming a reset or deletion.

7. Advertising

Restaurant Kitty plans to offer only optional rewarded video advertisements that players may choose to watch to receive Diamonds. The game does not intend to display automatic interstitial ads or persistent third-party advertising banners. Advertising is planned through Unity LevelPlay mediation and enabled advertising networks, potentially including Unity Ads. These services may process advertising identifiers where permitted, device and app information, IP addresses, approximate location, and ad views, interactions, or reward confirmations for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes.

Players identified as under 18 will receive only non-personalized rewarded ads, with available age-appropriate content safeguards and applicable restrictions. For adults, personalized advertising will be enabled only when permitted under applicable law and consent or other required permissions have been obtained. Where consent is required, relevant preferences must be applied before requesting personalized ads. We do not operate our own player-profiling system for personalized advertisements, although integrated ad networks may process data according to their configurations and legal requirements. Players who decline personalization may still use the game and may view non-personalized rewarded ads when available. Advertising availability depends on provider and regional conditions.

Players may contact omegasupport@omega-game-studio.com to request withdrawal of advertising consent. Additional direct withdrawal or consent-management controls will be provided where required by law or platform policy. Apple App Tracking Transparency permission, where applicable, is separate from other advertising consent requirements. Actual advertising network configurations and age restrictions must be verified before release. See https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.

8. Error Monitoring and Diagnostics

We use Sentry to identify and resolve crashes, exceptions, and technical errors. Depending on configuration, diagnostic reports may contain error details, stack traces, logs, app version, device model, operating system, timestamps, and limited technical session information. We do not intentionally associate Sentry reports with Firebase UIDs, although technical identifiers or network information may be processed depending on SDK settings. We aim to collect only what is necessary for troubleshooting and do not intentionally transmit passwords, private or global chat contents, or unnecessary personal information. Diagnostic data is not used for advertising personalization. Authorized technical personnel may access reports, which are retained according to the configured service retention period and legitimate operational needs. See https://sentry.io/privacy/.

9. Information Sharing and Service Providers

We disclose information as necessary to service providers that operate our authentication, hosting, analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and platform purchase functions, including Google/Firebase, Sentry, Apple, Google Play, and advertising networks when enabled. Information players choose to make visible through social features may also be seen by other players. We may disclose information in response to valid legal requests or to protect players, prevent fraud, or investigate security incidents.

We do not directly sell player data as a standalone business activity. Pre-release legal review required: determine whether SDK-related disclosures constitute a regulated “sale,” “sharing,” or similar activity under applicable laws.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including authenticated access, role-based restrictions where configured, secure communications, and service-provider security controls. Player information, reports, and administrative records are accessible only to authorized personnel and systems with a legitimate operational need. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

11. Data Retention

We generally retain account and gameplay information while the account is active and as necessary to provide the service. Global chat messages are intended to be deleted after approximately 15–30 days, subject to moderation and legal exceptions. Private messages are retained to provide conversation history, subject to deletion requests, lawful exceptions, and information remaining in recipients' conversations as described above.

Support inquiries, diagnostic records, reports, purchase records, and security information are retained only as reasonably necessary for their respective purposes or legal obligations. Limited information may be retained after account deletion to investigate abuse, enforce lawful permanent bans, prevent fraud, or avoid reusing retired Kitty IDs. Such information is reviewed and deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, subject to applicable law.

Residual data may temporarily remain in service-provider backups until normal deletion or overwrite. If a backup containing deleted account data is restored, appropriate measures will be taken to reapply the deletion. Pre-release verification required: actual retention settings, backup behavior, and deletion workflows.

12. Account and Data Deletion

Reset Progress: Players may reset gameplay while keeping their Firebase UID, Kitty ID, player name, linked Google account, friendships, friend requests, likes, and private conversations. Resetting removes game progression, inventories, currencies, unlocks, and unclaimed received gifts. All Diamonds are lost, including purchased Diamonds. Gifts already sent to others remain claimable until their original expiration. The game will display a clear warning and require confirmation before a reset.

Delete Account: Players may request deletion through Settings → Account → Delete Account. After authentication and confirmation, the deletion process begins without an additional 30-day waiting or recovery period. It is intended to remove the Firebase Authentication account, related Firestore gameplay records, profile, friendships, and other account-linked information, subject to legal, security, recipient-message, gift, and backup exceptions. Deleted accounts and their progress cannot be restored. A new account may be created with a new UID and Kitty ID unless a valid ban prevents access. Deleted Kitty IDs are never reused.

Previously sent private messages may remain visible to recipients as "Deleted Player." Previously sent gifts may remain available to recipients until their original expiration. Unclaimed gifts received by the deleted player are forfeited. Limited records may be retained when legally permitted and necessary for fraud prevention, security, or enforcement.

Players unable to use in-game deletion may email omegasupport@omega-game-studio.com. We may request reasonable proof of account ownership; a publicly visible Kitty ID alone is insufficient. We aim to respond to and review emailed deletion requests within 5–10 business days, subject to shorter applicable legal deadlines. This estimate is not an additional waiting period before an authorized deletion begins. The complete deletion workflow must be verified before launch.

13. Children's Privacy, Age Restrictions, and Teen Safety

Restaurant Kitty is intended for players aged 13 or older, subject to higher minimum ages and other requirements in particular countries or regions. It is not directed toward children below the applicable minimum age. The intended age-screening process will determine eligibility and apply applicable privacy, advertising, and communication restrictions without permanently storing full dates of birth. Players who do not meet applicable eligibility requirements will not be permitted access.

For players identified as under 18, personalized advertising will be disabled and available age-appropriate advertising safeguards will be applied. We also intend to provide blocking, reporting, moderation, and additional age-appropriate protections where required. If we learn that an ineligible child has accessed the game or that information was collected contrary to law, we will take appropriate steps, including restricting access or deleting data where required. Parents and guardians may contact omegasupport@omega-game-studio.com. Pre-release verification required: regional age screening and youth protections.

14. International Data Processing

Our cloud and other service providers may process data in the United States or other countries outside the player's country of residence. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards and comply with applicable rules governing international transfers of personal information.

15. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, players may request access to or a copy of their personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of all or certain personal information, withdrawal of consent, or restriction of or objection to certain processing. Requests may be sent to omegasupport@omega-game-studio.com. We may reasonably verify account ownership before acting; a public Kitty ID alone is not sufficient. Responses will follow applicable legal deadlines. Information about other players may be withheld or redacted where appropriate.

Some account information can be changed through available game controls. Restaurant visibility is managed through its privacy setting; players can also manage friendships and block other players. Restaurant Kitty does not currently provide a separate in-game Analytics opt-out. Where law requires analytics consent or other controls, they will be provided. Players may request assistance with advertising consent withdrawal by email, with any additional legally required direct controls supplied as appropriate. Withdrawal does not retroactively invalidate processing lawfully performed before withdrawal and does not require account deletion.

A Privacy section in Settings is intended to provide access to this policy, privacy request information, and relevant controls; availability of individual controls depends on the implemented release and applicable requirements. Certain data necessary for security, legal compliance, or core account functionality may not be eligible for selective deletion, subject to applicable law.

16. Third-Party Services

Third-party services used in Restaurant Kitty may process data under their own privacy notices and applicable service agreements. Relevant providers include Google/Firebase, Apple, Google Play, Sentry, and advertising partners when integrated. Their actual use and data processing will depend on the SDKs and services enabled in the released version of the game.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in game features, service providers, data practices, or legal requirements. We will update the Last Updated date and provide additional notice or request consent when required by law.
